SYMPTOM: Network Printer Won't Print

You’re connected, your device is in a Ready state, but you still can’t print. This is often the result of changes to the IP address of the printer or the port being used by your printer driver. This will happen when a router is changed or if the printer is set up for DHCP and picks up a new IP address and occasionally when Windows reconfigures. Here is how to check for this and how to remedy it:
